The elegant Madonna dei Monti Domus is a refined 85 sm apartment, located on the second floor of a stately building, typically available in Rione Monti. The spacious and well-kept accommodation is provided with the wonderful characteristic of wooden ceilings and terracotta floors, which make the atmosphere warm and welcoming.
It comes with a splendid large living room, with a comfortable sofa bed and an armchair and its little balcony overlooks a glimpse of the Roman Forum. On one side of the bright living room, you access the large and spacious kitchen, equipped with a dining area, many cupboards , gas hob (5 burners), electric oven and microwave, capsule coffee machine and fridge with freezer. Adjacent to the living room, on the opposite side of the kitchen, you have access to the sleeping area: a first elegant bedroom equipped with its own private bathroom with shower . Here you could find a comfy double bed, with an inlaid wooden headboard and large built-in wardrobes. The sleeping area also includes a second double bedroom with more modern furnishings and, in turn, equipped with spacious wardrobe. The second bathroom, also supplied with shower, has wooden and marble details, as the first one.
The hi-tech amenities include a smart TV in the living room, and two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms; a free Wi-Fi internet connection and an easily adjustable air conditioning/heating system. A washing machine is also provided in the laundry room, on the balcony.

Access is on the second floor , the building is not provided with a lift.
